In August 2008...

Tom Palin facilitated an ink and charcoal summer school workshop at the Lowry, Salford Quays. A huge mural was completed featuring various landmarks from Salford and Manchester.
In June 2008...

Tom Palin completed the first paper engineering workshop with year 6 learners.
In March 2008...
hydra-arts residency devised by Tom Palin in St.Herbert's School, Keswick. Utilising recycled materials such as egg boxes, cereal boxes and tin plates, Year 5 artists constructed 6 imaginative and colourful three dimensional figures. More images can be seen in the gallery.

hydra-arts co-founder Tom Palin will be exhibiting his work in View Two gallery, Liverpool. As part of the European Capital of Culture, please visit "A Room with a View Two" from the 16th January. The Gallery is open Wednesday to Friday only.

hydra-arts co-founder Ali Graney will have a small selection of her work on view in the PR1 gallery in Preston as part of her MA. Please visit if you get the chance! The Show is open from the 18th January, Monday to Saturday.
